CutTime is a new platform that will allow parents and students to receive important communications via e-mail or text

• Payments: CutTime will help parents and students keep track of any fees/payments that are owed. This includes fair share fees, instrument fees, fundraiser payments, and trip costs.

• Communication: This new platform will allow parents and students to stay up to date with announcements and events. 

• Volunteer: Through CutTime, parents can sign up for volunteer opportunities.

• Instruments:

Already have an account:
Parents/guardians that already have an account (Mr. Hall or Mr. Hernandez uploaded students that were on their roster in July. You should have already received a text or e-mail from Cuttime to access it.

Cannot access existing account:
If, for some reason, you cannot access your existing account, use this "Magic Link" to gain access to your account. - https://app.gocuttime.com/guardian/resend-magic-link. The instructions (very simple) will be sent to your primary contact phone number. See below for a CutTime tutorial video.

Do not have an account yet:
If you do not have an account, e-mail jeffrey.hall@austinisd.org or ernesto.hernandez-trejo@austinisd.org to send you a self-registration link, or I can set it up for you if I have student name, e-mail (required - you may use students’ AISD e-mail addresses), parent name, and e-mail/phone number
